Medical Doctors/Podiatrists: Board Certifications reported by an outside source (ABMS, AOA, ABPS, ACOE and ABPOPPM recognized boards).
Optometrists: Certifications reported by the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists. This certification was issued by the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists
